Below is a list of frequently asked questions - click on the question pertaining to your issue for a full explanation. I lost my username and password

To retrieve your username and password, please send in an email to support@karupsha.com with the name and email address you signed up with. All emails are answered within 24 hours, and in most cases within 12 hours of the email being sent.

I am having trouble logging in

Please note that your username and password are both case sensitive, and must be inputted exactly as shown in your confirmation email. For the security/captcha code, please enter that in all lower case characters. Your browser must also have cookies enabled in order to log in. Below are common characters in passwords which give members trouble:
1 - this is the number one
l - this is a lower case letter L
O - this is a capital letter O
0 - this is the number zero

If you continue to have trouble logging in, please send a detailed email to support@karupsha.com. Please include your full name and email address you used when you signed up to the site, and we will get back to you within 24 hours, though likely sooner.

How do I watch/download a movie?

We have multiple formats for the videos on the site, including FLV, MP4 and WMV. The only format that we support for streaming in your browser is the FLV version of the movie.

FLV's: To play the FLV movies, you just need to click the play button on the video player. The FLV video will require a small buffer time depending on the speed of your internet connection, and then will begin playback. Your browser requires Adobe Flash in order to play the FLV videos in your browser. If you require Adobe Flash, please go here:

MP4's: MP4 videos are the highest quality version of the videos we provide. To watch these videos, you must download them to your computer first, and then play them back in your favorite media player, such as Windows Media Player, or VLC. To download these videos, you can right click on the MP4 link of the video, and select "Save Link/Target As" depending on the browser you are using.

WMV's: WMV's are smaller in file size than the MP4 HD versions of the videos, but still excellent quality. Playback and downloading of the WMV videos requires the same process as the MP4 videos. Right click and select "Save Link/Target As" depending on your browser, and save to your computer and playback in your favorite media player.

Mac Users: Two key pieces of software to have on your computers for proper video playback are: Flip4Mac and Perian. The links too both pieces of software are below:

How do I unzip a photoset after I download it?

After you have saved a ZIP set of the photoset you want, you need to unzip or extract the zip file. In order to do that, you must use a program called WinZip or WinRar which can do this for you. Once the ZIP is downloaded, double click on the file and it will open in WinZip or WinRar, depending on what is installed on your computer, and it will show you the contents of that ZIP file. From there you then select "Extract Files" and it will ask you the folder to extract the images too. Hit the OK button and it will extract all the images to that specified folder for you to browse.

How do I get the feeds and streams to work?

We do not run the sites offered in our feeds and streams section. They are an added bonus we provide for you and are not guaranteed as part of your membership. Each site uses their own various methods to verify you are coming from us. Pop-up blockers and their anonymity products block this referring information. Please make sure to deactivate any virus software you may have such as Norton Anti-Virus or MacAfee Anti-Virus. This should solve the problem. If you are using IE6 or newer, please reduce your security and privacy features to allow cookies and or deactivate any firewall or pop up blocking software you may have installed. If you continue to have issues with the feeds, please send a detailed email describing the issues you are having with the specific feed, and we will try and get an answer from the feed provider. I want to see more of a specific model, how do I find her in the site?

All of our models are listed alphabetically in the Model Index.

To search for a specific model, type her name or part of her name directly in the search box and click "Search". All models with that name will appear with a thumbnail image below the search box. When you find the model you are searching for, click on the name or picture and you will go to a list of every set that model appears in. NOTE: If you type in a partial name you will get all models who's name start with those letters. For example, if you type in "jen" you will get all models named Jen, Jenn, Jenna, Jenni, Jennifer, Jenny... You can also browse the Model Index by clicking on the letter the models name begins with and browse thru all models starting with that letter.

Are there any other sites affiliated with Karup's Hometown Amateurs?

Karup's Hometown Amateurs is a sister site to Karup's Private Collection and Karup's Older Women. KarupsPC features over 1 million pictures, many of which are EXCLUSIVE. KarupsOW is our newest site featuring exclusive older women. Please note, KarupsPC and KarupsOW require separate memberships from your KarupsHA membership!

What do I do if I need to change my credit card on file?

Please e-mail us at support@karupsha.com, or you can call our toll free number and ask a customer service rep to assist you with this. That number is 800-619-6131. Please have your subscription ID handy is possible. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM Est and Saturday 10AM - 4PM EST.

How do I update my e-mail address on file?

You can e-mail us directly at support@karupsha.com. Please include the e-mail address you signed up with, your username and/or your order number/subscription ID. We will provide a reply to your request within 24 hours.

Why do I see 2 charges on my online credit card statement?

Once you have signed up for an account and before your credit card will be charged, our bank does a pre-authorization on the account. This is for your protection. It will verify all the information you gave us is accurate with your bank's information. This pre-authorization may appear as a full charge on your online statement but will not in fact charge your account. In most cases this pre-authorization will disappear within a week, depending on your bank. If you still have 2 charges on your physical statement when you receive it, please contact us at support@karupsha.com and we will look into the matter. Please provide the email address you signed up with, the full name used, as well as your username or subscription id, so we can fully investigate the matter in a prompt fashion.

Who is EENT, Inc.?

EENT, Inc. is the company that owns Karup's Hometown Amateurs.

Will my personal information be shared with others?

We respect your privacy and will not sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, e-mail address or any other personal information to any third party. For more imformation on this issue please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Is this site compliant with all government regulations?

What are the terms and conditions of my membership?

By becoming a member of EENT Inc's Karups's Hometown Amateurs service, you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement. For more information on this issue please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How long will my membership last?

All memberships automatically renew until cancelled. A 1 month subscription with rebill every 30 days and a 3 month subscription will rebill every 90 days until canceled.

How do I cancel my membership?

All memberships automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel your membership at anytime by simply filling out our online cancellation form. Please cancel your membership 2 days prior to the renewal date. Note: The actual renew of your account is 2-3 business days before it appears on your credit card statement. If you have troubles canceling your membership via the online cancellation form, please send a request of cancellation to support@karupsha.com and please include your full name and email address you used when you signed up to the site. If you have the username and subscription id available, please also include that information in your email.

What is my order number/Subscription ID?

You order number is an 8+ digit number located on your order confirmation e-mail. You can find this number in the subject line of the e-mail, as well as in the body of the e-mail. In the e-mail it is referred to as "Your order identification number" or your "Subscription ID:". If you do not have your subscription id, and would like it, please email your request to support@karupsha.com and include your full name and email address you used when you signed up to the site. Please allow 24 hours for a reply containing your subscription id.
